Returns & Exchanges

At Lamp & Bloom, every order is created with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because we offer both handcrafted floral designs and made-to-order apparel and gifts, our return policy varies by product type.

Handmade Permanent Botanicals

Every wreath, swag, centerpiece, and floral arrangement is individually handcrafted in my North Carolina workshop using carefully selected permanent botanicals.

Due to the handmade, custom, and seasonal nature of these creations, all floral sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on floral products.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you believe there is a workmanship issue, please contact Lamp & Bloom within 7 days of delivery at info@lampandbloom.com.

To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Each claim is reviewed individually, and I will work with you to provide the best possible resolution.

Made-to-Order Apparel & Gifts

Our apparel and select gift items are made especially for you after your order is placed. Because each item is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color selection
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Accidental purchases

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, please contact Lamp & Bloom within 7 days of delivery at info@lampandbloom.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing the issue

After reviewing your claim, we will provide instructions for the next steps. If your claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost to you.

Please do not return any item without contacting Lamp & Bloom first. Return instructions will be provided after your claim has been reviewed. Unauthorized returns may delay or prevent the processing of your request.
