At Lamp & Bloom, every wreath and floral arrangement is handcrafted with purpose and care in my North Carolina workshop. Because of the handmade and seasonal nature of our permanent botanicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is my priority. If you have a problem with your item—such as damage during shipping or a defect in craftsmanship—please contact me immediately at info@lampandbloom.com.

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so I can work with you to find a solution. My goal is to ensure a piece of my creative work brings beauty and peace to your home.
