Refund Policy

At Lamp & Bloom, every wreath and floral arrangement is handcrafted with purpose and care in my North Carolina workshop. Because of the handmade and seasonal nature of our permanent botanicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is my priority. If you have a problem with your item—such as damage during shipping or a defect in craftsmanship—please contact me immediately at info@lampandbloom.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so I can work with you to find a solution. My goal is to ensure a piece of my creative work brings beauty and peace to your home.

Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging our large wreaths to ensure they arrive at your door in pristine condition.

  • Processing Time: Because each item is carefully inspected and secured, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.

  • Shipping Rates: We are pleased to offer Free Economy Shipping to all customers within the Lower 48 United States.

  • Delivery Estimates: Most orders will arrive within 5–8 business days after the processing period is complete.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves our workshop in Richlands.

  • Carrier Info: We primarily use carriers optimized for large floral boxes (24x36x10) to ensure safe and timely delivery.
